The University Testing Center received national recognition from the College Board as it was named a top 100 CLEP test centers in the country in 2018-2019 and recognized for its commitment to promoting access to higher education for all students.
Each year, the College Board recognizes the top test centers across the country who administer the most number of CLEP tests. There are more than 1,800 test centers nationally who administer CLEP exams that are accepted by 2,900 college and universities.

Beginning July 1, a new policy for parking on UCF campuses will go into effect to promote campus safety and parking technology. This new technology requires all vehicles to park nose-in and plate-out. No back-in or pull-through parking is permitted in any parking garages and surface lots within UCF’s main, downtown, health sciences, and Rosen School of Hospitality Management campuses.
Starting in 2018-19, all baccalaureate degree-seeking students initially enrolling in a state university are required to demonstrate competency in civic literacy by the time they graduate.
With a minimum score of 50 on the CLEP American Government exam, students would meet the new civics literacy requirement. Additionally, UCF students would also earn 3 college credits in POS 2041.

Starting in Spring 2018, UTC will begin administering the National Counselor Examination for Licensure and Certification (NCE) to UCF students and the community.
UTC will be administering the exam on Friday, April 20, 2018 and Friday, October 19, 2018.
